Precision Play Games, Inc also reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Services at any time, whether temporarily or permanently, without any compensation or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Precision Play Games, Inc may provide technical support for the Services at its sole discretion and free of charge. You acknowledge that occasional service interruptions or downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or other reasons. These interruptions are normal and do not constitute a service failure.

All intellectual property rights related to the Services and Content are owned by Precision Play Games, Inc or its licensors. This includes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Terms, you do not have any intellectual property rights. Your access to and use of the mobile application does not grant you any ownership interest in the mobile application, any related content, or any in-game content (as defined in Section 7). Precision Play Games, Inc reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to all parts of the Services.

License Restrictions

By using our Services, you agree to comply with the following restrictions. Violation of any restriction may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your license and/or account, at the sole discretion of Precision Play Games, Inc:

• No Unauthorized Connections: Do not use unauthorized software, emulators, bots, or third-party programs not approved by Precision Play Games, Inc to connect to the mobile application.
• No Automated or Commercial Services: Providing paid in-game services to others (e.g., boosting, farming, or leveling up) is prohibited.
• No Data Mining or Scraping: Do not collect non-publicly displayed data from the mobile application.
• No Circumvention: Do not attempt to bypass any restrictions, account limitations, region locks, or other technical measures implemented by Precision Play Games, Inc.
• No Unauthorized Reproduction or Display: Do not copy, publicly display, distribute, or reproduce the mobile application or any part thereof.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Precision Play Games, Inc or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Services, loss of data, unauthorized access, or any other matter, even if Precision Play Games, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, this limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
